The design, construction and operation of 2010 cleanup actions in Skykomish are described in the draft 2010 Engineering Design Report (EDR). The draft report includes information about construction activities, building relocation and traffic impacts. BNSF is currently working with property owners to obtain property access necessary to complete the work scheduled for 2010.
